Resort Policies & House Rules

Welcome to “Vaikunth Village” Resort!

Dear guests, we have clarified a few guidelines to ensure safety and comfort at the Resort during your stay. By confirming your reservation and/or checking in, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

  1. Right to Refuse Service: Management reserves the absolute right to refuse service or evict guests for failure to pay, disorderly conduct, disrespect of rules, or any other safety/security reasons.
  2. Parking: The resort provides parking for guests and Vehicle/s should be properly locked before leaving the parking area but is not liable for any damage or loss to vehicles.
  3. Swimming costume is mandatory to use swimming pool. You can carry any polyester or nylon type dress or rent at the property.
  4. Please check resort photos and videos before doing advance booking, if you are not sure please don’t do advance booking as same cancellation will not be refundable.
  5. We assume that the Guests are familiarized and fully understand the Hotel Rules at before doing advance booking in our Resort.
  6. Pets are not allowed inside the resort premises.
  7. Outside Foods and drinks are not allowed inside resort premises. Resort keep the right to move this food and beverage.
  8. Late checkout is not allowed without prior booking and can cause extra charges per hour basis for any delay.
  9. Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.
  10. Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Resort keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects resort Rules.
  11. Wi-Fi internet is free and available in entire Resort. Password is provided at the Reception.
  12. Resort bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception.
  13. Pre Wedding or any kind of photography is allowed based on prior intimation. Management decision will be final in this regard.
  14. We collect Personal Data in accordance with the law, and to provide you with resort services.

  16. Guests must maintain peace and serenity within the resort at all times. VIDEOKE, SOUND SYSTEM AND/OR OTHER DEVICES EMITTING DISTURBING NOISE must be turned off after 10:30 p.m.
  17. The management has the right to charge and do necessary actions, if needed, on guests caught trespassing or using other rooms.
  18. For hygiene & safety reasons, no food, drinks or glassware is permitted around the pool. Smoking is also not allowed around the pool area.
  19. NO firearms, deadly weapons and use of and/or trafficking in any type of dangerous/illegal drugs allowed within the resort premises.
  20. No In-Room Parties: Parties or social gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms.
  21. Valuables: Safety deposit boxes/lockers are provided in the rooms for guest valuables. The resort management is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left in rooms or public areas.
  • STRICTLY NO LITTERING IN THE RESORT. Throw all the trash in the designated trash bins including cigarette butts. In addition, guests shall be responsible for any damage to properties and areas within the Resort and shall pay for such damages upon departure.
  • Personal safety should be considered at all times. The resort will not be liable for any accidents and injuries. However, First Aid will be provided.

Guest & Conduct policies

  • Management reserves the right to evict Guests who do not comply with warnings due to disturbances of noise, bad behavior or not complying with the Resort’s Rules and Regulations.
  • Identification: Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in; personal ID cards are not accepted.
  • Visitors: Visitors are often limited to daytime access and may need to be approved by management. The number of people in the room must not exceed the booking limit.
  • Behavior: Public intoxication and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Guests must maintain cleanliness and refrain from loud noises.
  • Smoking: Smoking (Cigarette & Hookah) is prohibited in all rooms, restaurants, and lounges. Penalties may apply for non-compliance.

Payment & billing

  1. Payment: All bills, including room and food charges, must be paid bills at checkout.
  2. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property beyond normal wear and tear and will be charged accordingly.
  3. Cash handling: Guests should not give cash directly to housekeeping or other staff; payment should only be made through the front desk.

Facility and amenity use

  1. Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out times are typically 1:00 PM and 10:30 AM, respectively. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra fees.
  2. Pool access is generally for in-house guests only, with specific hours and rules about using room towels.
  3. Cleaning: Room cleaning services are provided only upon request.
  4. Clothing: Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn in common areas of the resort.
